Inclusion should never be seen as a favour, a bonus, or a “nice to have.” It is a fundamental human right. It is our responsibility to ensure every family feels welcome, safe, and supported. That means creating a true holiday Safe Place and one where everyone belongs.

🧡 We’re incredibly proud to announce that Riverside Holiday Park will be the very first park to introduce an inclusive My Safe Place Southern unit. 🧡
Set in the heart of Northumberland countryside, Riverside offers the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation — making it an exciting and fitting location for this milestone partnership.
From exploring the breathtaking Cheviot Hills to enjoying Northumberland’s beautiful beaches just 20 minutes away, guests truly get the best of both coast and countryside.
On park, you’ll find:

🍽 Brand new bar & restaurant venues reopening Friday 27 March
And to make it even more special, Riverside will be welcoming a bespoke neuro-inclusive Sunseeker Holiday Home — The Millie — which will soon be fully sited and ready to enjoy.
We can’t wait to see this incredible home in place and to share more as it all comes together.
Our second My Safe Place Southern unit is now being bespoke-built in collaboration with Beverley Leisure Homes and will be sited at Unity Holidays – Skirlington Coast Park.
This marks another important milestone as more parks commit to creating truly inclusive, thoughtfully designed accommodation.
Skirlington Coast Park offers the perfect setting — coastal views, fantastic facilities and a vibrant holiday atmosphere — making it a wonderful location for this next step in our journey.
